
Gemma has been one of my strongest EA’s to date. Gemma impressed me from day one with how quickly she was eager to learn both businesses I am involved in and my working ways. Upon your enquiry we will have a virtual coffee over a discovery meeting (or a phone call) to discuss the why, how, and what of your businesses pain points, and see if we are the right fit for one another. Once we set expectations and discuss all your needs, we lock in a start date and you’ll receive three important documents via email:
• Service agreement to digitally sign
• Welcome pack
• Weekly invoice
We have two different rate options, either an hourly rate or a pre-paid packaged option. Although support services are always going to be an ongoing investment and price shouldn’t be the determining factor in choosing a virtual assistant. You will notice you tend to get what you pay for.
In terms of payment, direct debit details are displayed on your invoice

Easy! Any systems we need to use and access are your own, including all the information in it, therefore we do not store your data. You simply share or create a profile for us, and we manage remotely, for example inbox management is controlled via the Cloud (Outlook365 or Gmail). We can also use systems such as Dropbox or OneDrive to share files (we did say it was easy)
That all depends on your preference. We can use Teams, emails, Whatsapp or phone to name a few although we usually communicate by one form and another for urgent emergencies should we need to get in touch
We are currently based in Sydney city however work with clients all over Australia. That’s the beauty of a virtual based business
