Gemma has been one of my strongest EA’s to date. Gemma impressed me from day one with how quickly she was eager to learn both businesses I am involved in and my working ways. This has required Gemma to be adaptable, highly organised and trustworthy, whilst also demonstrating excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Gemma always kept me on track day-to-day which was not always easy to do, and demonstrated extremely good time management. She learned to know me well over the years and became a master at pivoting at the drop of a hat with an ever-changing business and my own needs. Gemma always went above and beyond and has impeccable values. I have no hesitation in recommending her and her business.

Critical to her success, Gemma possesses an innate ability to quickly establish trust and meaningful relationships where she is then able to influence and truly support the top-end endeavours of the leadership group. Gemma is a multi-tasker, incredibly well organised, diligent, and a fast learner where she also developed a talent for pre-empting needs – a level of foresight and assistance that was warmly welcomed.
